Welcome to Odin's Offerings, the official store of Asgard Alaska Incorporated ("Asgard Alaska", "we", "us"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our store at store.asgardalaska.org (also served at Shopify’s address, asgardalaska.myshopify.com) (the "Store") and any purchase you make there. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

1. Who we are

Asgard Alaska is a nonprofit organization based in Anchorage, Alaska, working to build an open-air Viking museum and historical campground. 100% of store proceeds support our charitable mission. Our Store runs on Shopify, and our products are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

2. Using the Store

  • You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
  • Please give us accurate, current information when you order or create an account, and keep your account login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
  • Don't use the Store for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it in bulk, or to post anything abusive, misleading or infringing.

3. Our products

  • Printed to order. Most items are made just for you after you order, which is why production takes a few business days.
  • How things look. We work to show products accurately, but colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished item, and print placement can vary a little from piece to piece.
  • Sizing. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
  • Availability. We may change, limit or discontinue products at any time, and we may limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Purchases are not donations. Because you receive goods in exchange, store purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions, even though 100% of proceeds support our mission. To make a tax-deductible gift, please visit asgardalaska.org.

5. Orders and cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we confirm it by email. Because items go into production quickly, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) if you need to change or cancel an order. Once printing has started we may not be able to change or cancel it.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Our designs and content

The designs, artwork, characters (including the Alaska Viking Menagerie), text, logos and other content in the Store belong to Asgard Alaska or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce its design. Please don't copy, resell or commercially use our designs or content without our written permission.

8. Reviews and feedback

If you post a review or send us ideas or feedback, you give us permission to use, display and share it (with your name or first name and initial, if you provided it) in connection with the Store and our mission. Please keep reviews honest and respectful; we may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or off-topic.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services and links

The Store relies on third-party services (such as Shopify, payment processors, Printful and shipping carriers) and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, which have their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

Except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy and as required by law, the Store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Store will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Asgard Alaska and its directors, officers, volunteers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Asgard Alaska and its directors, officers, volunteers and partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the Store or your violation of these Terms or of anyone else's rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Store.
