Refund policy

Every item at Odin's Offerings is printed to order just for you, and 100% of store proceeds support Asgard Alaska's charitable mission. We want you to love what you receive. Here's how we make things right.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@asgardalaska.org with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Size exchanges and change of mind

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size ordered. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order. If you're unsure, email us before ordering and we'll gladly help you choose.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows no progress for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you've paid the new shipping cost.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) to change or cancel an order. Once printing has begun we may not be able to cancel it.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. Shipping charges are refunded when the problem was ours.

Gift cards and sale items

Gift cards can't be refunded. Sale items are covered for damage, defects and wrong items like everything else.
