This policy explains how Asgard Alaska Incorporated ("Asgard Alaska", "we", "us"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or buy from Odin's Offerings at store.asgardalaska.org (also served at Shopify’s address, asgardalaska.myshopify.com) (together, the "Store"). 100% of store proceeds support our charitable mission. The short version

• We collect what we need to take your order, ship it and support you.
• We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share customer lists with other organizations.
• We use analytics and advertising tools to understand how people find the Store. You can opt out of them.

Information you give us

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and what you bought. Payments are processed by Shopify's payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
• Account (optional): if you create a customer account, your login details and order history.
• Customer support: whatever you include when you contact us.
• Email updates (optional): if you sign up, your email address. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Information collected automatically

Like most online stores, the Store uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, prevent fraud, and measure how the Store is used. This includes device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and items added to your cart. Shopify's cookies are described at shopify.com/legal/cookies. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads (through Shopify's Google & YouTube app) to see which pages and links lead to purchases and to show our ads.

How we use it

• To process payments, fulfill and ship orders, and send order and shipping updates.
• To answer questions, handle returns and replacements, and fix problems.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Store secure.
• To improve the Store and, if you've agreed, to send occasional updates about new designs and Asgard Alaska's work.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the Store work: Shopify (our store platform and payment processing), Printful (which prints and ships our products and receives your name, shipping address and order details), shipping carriers, and Google (analytics and advertising). They may use your information only to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any message.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization at Google's Ad Settings.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser; the Store may not work fully without them.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

The Store isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep order records as long as we need them for fulfillment, returns, accounting and tax purposes, and marketing details until you unsubscribe. No system is perfectly secure, but we and our providers use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

We're based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
