Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting Odin's Offerings, the official store of Asgard Alaska, at store.asgardalaska.org (also asgardalaska.myshopify.com). Every item is printed to order just for you, and 100% of store proceeds support our charitable mission.
Where we ship
- We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Production and delivery
- Printing: because each item is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful, please allow about 2–5 business days for printing before your order ships (a little longer during the holidays).
- Delivery: transit times depend on your location and the shipping method; you'll see estimates at checkout.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on your items and address, including any free-shipping offers that apply.
Tracking
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Good to know
- Addresses: please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
- Delays: carriers occasionally run late, especially in winter and during the holidays. If something seems stuck, let us know.
- Damaged or misprinted items: see our refund policy; contact us with a photo and we'll make it right.
